Murphy Radio Model A262 From 1955

The A262 was released a few months later, and was placed lower in the range. As such it did not feature luxuries such as a tuning indicator, and was constructed in a slightly different cabinet. The A242/252/262/272 all have similar cabinets, but to my mind the first of the series, the A242 (previous page), does look the best. Valve line-up of the A262 was ECC85, 6C9, 6F15, EABC80, 6P1, UU9.
